Designing for an
innovation culture

Innovation is more than an idea—it’s a mindset, a culture, and an experience. For an innovation consultancy, I wanted to extend that experience beyond our physical spaces and into something people could carry with them. The goal was to create custom-designed products that embodied our innovation mission, fostered a sense of community, and reflected the unique identity of each city where our centers are located.

The challenge was to ensure that these products weren’t just branded merchandise, but rather meaningful artifacts that connected employees, clients, and partners to our innovation story—both inside and outside of our four walls.
